Hey, I’m Yael!  I’m so glad you found your way here, and I hope you find something easy and delicious on these pages to make and call your own.  

I’m always amazed at how many people don’t bake, simply out of sheer intimidation.  Does baking require precision?  Well, yes… but I’ve always liked the security of knowing if I follow the directions, things should turn out well.  

I hope to demystify some of the intimidation factor for those of you who’ve been afraid to bake. Putting on some great music, and creating something from nothing, brings me joy and peace.  I enjoy cooking, too, but there’s a certain kind of magic in the alchemy of baking that I hope you come to love.  Give it a try… you’ve got this!
